Assign an owner and record evidence beside each check. A checked box means someone verified the result; it is not proof of future rankings, enquiry volume or complete accessibility.

## Content and permissions

- [ ] Services and operating areas approved by the responsible team.
- [ ] Product specifications, units and configuration context confirmed.
- [ ] Biographies, credentials and publication dates checked.
- [ ] Image rights and project permissions recorded.
- [ ] Campaign illustrations distinguished from evidence of actual work.
- [ ] No placeholder claims, fabricated results or implied customer relationships.

## URLs and documents

- [ ] Important existing URLs inventoried, including downloads.
- [ ] Pages with the same purpose retain their addresses where practical.
- [ ] Moved pages redirect permanently to relevant replacements.
- [ ] Removed pages without replacements return 404 or 410.
- [ ] No blanket redirect of unrelated missing pages to the homepage.
- [ ] Current documents open correctly; replacements have clear revision context.

## Enquiries

- [ ] Sales, recruitment and operational routes checked separately.
- [ ] Email and phone links point to the correct destinations.
- [ ] Any form tested for real delivery, error handling and duplicate submissions.
- [ ] Test enquiries clearly labelled and excluded from business lead counts.
- [ ] Inbox owner and response process agreed.

## Rendering and access

- [ ] Whole pages reviewed at 320, 390, 768, 1024 and 1440 CSS pixels.
- [ ] Intermediate widths around changed breakpoints checked.
- [ ] Text on photography and every interactive state visibly readable.
- [ ] Keyboard navigation and focus usable; reduced motion preserves content.
- [ ] Headings, documents, tables and contact actions work on a phone.
- [ ] Main text, links, unique title and description exist in delivered HTML.

## Search and measurement

- [ ] Public canonical origin and path convention consistent.
- [ ] Production pages intended for search have no accidental noindex directive.
- [ ] Private review pages remain protected and excluded from sitemaps.
- [ ] Sitemap includes only public, canonical, successful pages.
- [ ] Structured data matches visible facts.
- [ ] Existing Search Console verification retained.
- [ ] Production analytics uses the existing verified property.
- [ ] Local and preview traffic excluded; no personal data in event parameters.
- [ ] Email clicks counted as intent, separately from received qualified enquiries.

## Release and recovery

- [ ] Exact reviewed build identified.
- [ ] Launch owner, approval and rollback version recorded.
- [ ] Domain and email configuration accounted for.
- [ ] Public routes, documents and enquiries checked again after release.
- [ ] First reporting period and comparison date recorded.
