When you contact us
Email links open your email app. Sidetrack receives the information you choose to send and uses it to respond, discuss a project and manage the relationship. Please don’t include confidential technical material in an initial enquiry.
Website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits and clicks on email links. Email clicks measure interest, not completed enquiries. We do not send the email address, message content, URL query parameters or page fragments with these events. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled.
Analytics is off until you allow it. You can change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track settings are respected. Declining analytics does not limit the website.
Service providers
Cloudflare delivers this website. Google provides our email service and, where you consent, analytics. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses as part of delivering their services. Their processing may take place outside your country.
Your information
We retain enquiry information while it is useful for the conversation, a project or related recordkeeping. To request access, a correction or deletion, email spencer@sidetrackco.com.
